Annual Inspections

Timberland needs attention every year. Certain acts are needed to keep
your timber, and even your ownership, from vanishing into thin air. We
can help protect your ownership through our annual inspection program,
where we provide the following services:

• Check your property assessment at the county courthouse and let
  you know if adjustments are necessary
• Report on times for paying taxes and penalities for failure to pay.
• Walk the perimeter of your property, and report on condition of
  boundary lines and evidence, if any, of trespass or adverse possession.
• Examine on the ground all important timber conditions, and recommend
  any actions that are needed.
