Land Sales
| We sell land just as we do timber: on a competitive, sealed-bid, lump-sum basis. If there is enough merchantable timber on the tract, we will usually give bidders the option of bidding on timber only, bare land only, or land and timber together. Our experience has found that this method of offering the property will bring the best results. |  |
| We send prospectuses of our land sales to an extensive list of timber buyers, land buyers, investors, etc., usually 100 – 150 buyers per sale, and we also advertise the sales in area newspapers and on the internet.
